The former legend, Ruud Van Nistlerooy has teamed up with Xbox and EA SPORTS in order to launch Play Like a Legend in the UK, France, Germany and Spain.
This great, tongue-in cheek features legend Ruud van Nistelrooy stepping out of retirement, dust off his boots and return to the world of football to promote his status as a EA SPORTS FIFA Ultimate Team Legend player, available only on Xbox.
Players can watch his press conference over at the Play Like a Legend website, and see him take on his journey back to the big leagues.
You are all invited to oin the fun at PlayLikeALegend.com, where they can take part in four weekly EA SPORTS™ FIFA 14 challenges for a range of fantastic prizes, from millions of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) coins, to Legends items and Xbox One consoles – with the overall winner in each market signing up Ruud to their FUT team.
The campaign will also see YouTube star Marius Hjerpesth release a new video every Friday explaining the specific challenge and demonstrating how to perform each skill. Entrants must then submit their own video content on PlayLikeALegend.com by the following Tuesday for their chance to win, with winners announced that Thursday.
The four winners from each challenge will then go head-to-head in order to see who is the overall winner from each country. Prizes include the Ruud Van Nistelrooy Legend item, one million FUT coins, signed merchandise, an Xbox One and more.
