Hi Guys, My names Brendon and Figured it was time to join FOG as ive been a long time lurker! Im a hobbiest wood worker by night and a Audio Video Custom installer by day I currently own a Kapex,TS 55,ETS125,Soon to be owner of OF2200,ETS150, CT26 and a CTmini for the workvan   lately ive been calculating the time wasted on projects running back and forth to the van and rummaging through my tool bag trying to find a tool that sunk to the bottom and the amount of time waisted was staggering. So I decided to do something about it!

There are alot of duplicates in this one, doing this allowed me to clear out 75% of the tools that dont get used

This one is the SYS MINI. Ill be moving all of my little gadgets and gizmos to these, things like IR learners TDR's lablers etc and leave them neatly stacked in there own area of the van.

Foam is layered

Tool kit that gets me through 95% of installs

tools pulled out so you can see the "missing" areas

Parts Sys Bin. I will be ordering more of the red size, they are a nice size and hold a surprising amount of parts. Ive owned alot of parts bins from harbor trash to "good" Stanley ones and no matter how carful you are parts still wonder to other parts areas, Not with this Right now this is set up with the bare essentials and you can see its running a bit low also cut some foam to for my termination tools, didnt turn out well so ill redo it after i do the drill bin

My drill Sys, this also will get the kaizen foam treatment! two chargers, milwaukee M12 set and Makita drill/impact driver kit along with drill bits, impact bits and a slew of other drill bits. I cannot wait to get this one orginized!

Stacked

Ive become completely obsessed! i plan on ordering two or 3 a month to slowly convert my van! I just wish festool made a Sys6 so i can fit my Bosch rotary hammer/drill. Its slightly too tall to even fit in sys5 at an angle
