To put it plainly, wedding planning can get draining and to top that off, you’re striving to get on a wedding diet for the big day, yet you don’t have the time. Re-energize yourself and infuse your lifestyle by joining the latest craze: juicing.

At the start, planning your wedding and making that wonderful conscious decision to exercise and eat right for your wedding day can be invigorating. Determination is in the forefront of your mind, and you’re ready and raring to tackle these goals.

Suddenly, stress and life kicks in and the goals now seem too lofty to reach. You have to plan your wedding, but maybe exercising and eating healthy food gets put aside. With the latest juicing craze, these goals can now be easier to grasp. We really believe in and fully back this movement.

Fruits and vegetables harness so many nutrients and necessary vitamins, yet it can become a hassle to eat a salad every day or have a grapefruit in the morning. Juicing is a great alternative because you can get your daily intake of fruits and vegetables without having to chew through each lettuce leaf or consume blueberries by the handful.

If you’re new to juicing and you want to start pronto, we have juicing recipes for energy, for weight loss, and for clear skin; something to appeal to all brides!

Note: for all recipes, add each ingredient into the juicer as listed. Follow all juicing directions according to the make and model of your juicer.
