Just like the trends in bridal wear, the new trends for bridal beauty are becoming one of the first things that brides start to think about when imagining their complete look for their big day. Although it can sometimes be difficult to imagine your hair and makeup style before you’ve even bought a dress and without knowing the type of neckline, sleeves or details of the actual gown, it’s always good to start familiarizing yourself with trends that are dominating the bridal beauty scene ahead of everything.

One of the most popular trends is the star of the new catalog of bridal accessories by Enchanted Atelier. The reincarnation of braids, and in this occasion in the form of a crown at the back of the neck, complemented by a sparkling necklace converted into a tiara with beautiful floral shaped crystals. This hairstyle, with a milkmaid style inverted braid, works really well for brides with thicker hair as this style needs to have maximum volume. If your hair is fine, speak to a hairdresser or stylist about the possibility of adding in hair extensions that will help to add volume should you want this type of hairstyle.

Braids also appear in many other forms for 2015′s bridal hair trends, with a side braid being one of the most popular. Jeweled brooches, which are also very much en-trend for next season, are perfect as an accessory pinned to the roots of the hair, or in a more unique way as a pretty cover up for the boring generic clips or hairbands that hide underneath holding your hairstyle together.

Hair to one side isn’t just exclusive to plaits. Loose hair or a sleek ponytail will be transformed by being styled to your best side and adding in natural looking ringlets and also having your fringe (if you have one) groomed to the side. A perfect accessory for this? We just love a floral crown, perfect for a summer wedding, but can easily be adapted to any time of year by choosing seasonal blooms. Combining this style with an ethereal look or a woodland fairy theme would be a match made in bridal heaven.

Floral crowns: Huge ones that are almost the size of the bridal bouquet, with peonies (my personal favorites) and tropical blooms are the next big thing in floral trends for the new year. Sorbet colors, such as pink and orange, will completely impose on white and soft pastel tones which will have to take a back seat in the new year after taking the lead in bridal hair trends for the last two seasons.

More ways of wearing flowers in your hair: In the form of small bunches on one side (very Spanish flamenco) and with crystal or mother-of-pearl hairpieces in floral forms.

Casual wedding hair will continue to dominate hair trends for 2015 ahead of up-dos, which will still remain firm favorites among the more classic brides. The most popular? A chic ballerina bun or a chignon, never goes out of fashion.

Which style will you choose?
