One of Austin’s favorite luxurious salons, milk + honey, is looking to add a new role to their team as they continue to grow and open new locations! milk + honey is hiring for a President of Spa and Salon Operations who will drive the success of milk + honey spas, as well as support human resources, procurement and operations services.

Key Responsibilities:
P&L responsibility for each of milk + honey’s spa and salon operations
Creating revenue projections and cost budgets for each location
Providing leadership and mentorship to managers of each location
Qualifications:
10+ years of retail, hospitality, salon or spa management experience preferred. 5+ years of P&L responsibility. Excellent candidates with general management experience in other fields will be considered.
