Dark Knight Rises star Joseph Gordon Levitt has a limited edition clothing line that will make you hit the nearest park!

He runs an “open-collaborative production company”, called hitRECord, whose past work ranges from documenting Occupy Wall Street and making a TV show, to collaborating with America’s National Park Service on a colouring book, and now it is a collection of limited edition apparel and accessories that includes a hat, a baby onesie, a tote bag, a T-shirts, and more. They have also come up with some animated safety videos. All of this is for the National Park Service’s centennial this year.

JGL did not himself design the collection, but curated them from the designs submitted by the hitRECord community. He made sure that they would be ones he would happily wear himself.

“This is something I’m honored to participate in; so much great art is inspired by nature. I personally have an emotional connection to national parks, because I grew up going camping with my family” Joseph told people.com, reminiscing his childhood days when he spent family time, camping in parks.

The actor, who became a first-time dad recently, said, “I do have a baby son, and I do anticipate that he’ll be wearing this onesie.”

This whole attempt of collaborating with the NPS is aimed at promoting the national parks and encouraging the youth to step out and spend some time in the parks. The earnings from the sales will benefit the National Park Foundation.

The products are available online at store.findyourpark.com, starting this summer. The T-shirts will retail for $30, the hat is $26, the onesie is $20 and the tote bag is $24.
