Now let’s find out if your favourite star hit the right notes on the red carpet. Thankfully this year, many stars found the perfect balance between edgy and fashionable. FFT has broken down the looks of a few A-listers who made it in the best-dressed list at the 2015 Grammy Awards and let us know if you agree with our picks.

ChrissyTeigen in Pucci

The Sports Illustrated model looked perfect in this white gown with sultry cut-outs.
Jessie J in Ralph and Russo

This gown has just the right amount of glitz for the Grammys- the embellishments looked surreal on a black base.
Gwen Stefani in Atelier Versace

Gwen looked like a rockstar in the embellished corset, her sky-high heels and cuffed pants.

Anna Kendrick in Band of Outsiders

Anna Kendrick looked smoking in a black tuxedo blazer and trousers. We love how she made her menswear ensemble look very feminine by not wearing a blouse underneath her jacket and opting for a pair of stilettos.
Kim Kardashian West in Jean Paul Gaultier

This gold Jean Paul Gaultier robe dress with extra-long sleeves and starburst beadings looked dramatic yet, not too loud.

Jennifer Hudson in Tom Ford

In a sea of black gowns, Hudson stood out in this tight white number which fit her like a glove.
Nicole Kidman in Thierry Mugler

Kidman usually goes elegant in long gowns, but this time she went for a dress with rivet detailing and statement heels.

Nicki Minaj in Tom Ford

Minaj managed to steal the show in this revealing number that not only incorporated one of the biggest fashion trends – fringe but also included a deep V-neck.

Zendaya in Vivienne Westwood

Jewel tones and awning stripes went together perfectly in this Vivienne Westwood creation.

Iggy Azalea in Giorgio Armani

Cutout slits and crown of braids, looked regal in her cobalt-blue Giorgio Armani dress.
Sia and Maddie Ziegler in Giorgio Armani

Both Sia and Maddie Ziegler, the young dancer featured in her video for ‘Elastic Heart’, wore custom Giorgio Armani suits. Sia went for classic pumps, and Ziegler opted for a chic pair of two-toned oxfords.

Charli XCX in Moschino

Mostly when women wear formal suits on the red carpet, they go for minimalism. But, there’s nothing pared-down about Charli XCX’s all-white Moschino suit, with its pink bow tie, faux-fur stole, and ruffled tuxedo shirt.
Taylor Swift in Elie Saab

Taylor Swift looked polished in her halter-neck Elie Saab gown and strappy Giuseppe Zanotti sandals- teal and fuchsia made for the perfect colour blocking.

Rita Ora in Prada

Rita Ora’s head-to-toe sparkle, courtesy of Prada, was a heavy dose of metallic, along with the gown’s high mock neck, long sleeves and slight train.
Beyoncé in ProenzaSchouler

Beyoncé showed up in an elegant, curve-hugging, black lace gown by ProenzaSchouler with intricate designs and minimal styling.
Rihanna in GiambattistaValli

Rihanna was breathtaking in this floaty, fluffy, pink creation. It brought out the style icon’s princess side for a change.

Katy Perry in ZuhairMurad

Katy went for subtle glamour in this sparkly ZuhairMurad number, but left it to her purple hair to standout.

Ariana Grande in Versace

Ariana Grande looked trendy in this asymmetric dress boasting of silver chainmail.
