Valentine: New Version is another version of the 2001 American horror film, Valentine.
==Plot==
On the night of a junior high Valentine's Day dance, a boy named Jeremy Melton asked five girls: Shelly Fisher, Paige Prescott, Kate Davies, Lily Voight and Dorothy Wheeler to dance with him but Shelly, Lily and Paige rudely turned down his offer while Kate kindly turns the offer down by saying, "Maybe later, Jeremy.".
When he asks Dorothy, she agrees but they begin to make out under the bleachers while other children are watching. Dorothy begins to feel embarrassed and lies to the kids that he attacked her before they pour fruit punch on him and beat him up at the point that his nose begins to bleed.
Ten years later, the five girls are now all grown up and Shelly is attending medical school is leaving from a failed dinner date with a young man named Jason Marquette.
At medical school, Shelly begins to diesect a corspe but hears a noise coming from the locker room and goes to investigate to find a Valentine's Day card taped on the door.
When Shelly reads the card, a mysterious figure in a cupid mask appears behind her and drugs her with a syringe to the jugular vein.
Shelly awakens to find the figure standing over her with a huge hunting knife and he disembowels her while she screams in terror.
Meanwhile, Kate and Paige are talking about Kate's on and off alcoholic boyfriend, Adam Carr before they head in a place called Turbo Dating.
During Turbo Dating, a guy named Brian is about to hit on Kate but Paige introduces herself to him and they start a relationship.
After that, they get a call from a now filthy rich Dorothy about Shelly's death.
After her funeral the next day, Lily, Paige, Kate and Dorothy are encountered by Detective Leon Vaughn who question the women about how they knew Shelly after Adam and Kate talked about a champange bottle for his friend.
Dorothy goes to her top notch home and recieves a similar Valentine's Day card that Shelly recieved before she died.
Just then, Dorothy's boyfriend, Campbell Morris whom she met a an expensive yoga class is staying with her for a few days due to her stepmother being nosey about her sex life which angers Dorothy by calling her a mail order bride from hell.
Meanwhile at Kate's apartment, Kate is taking a shower but suddenly, she runs out of water and call the matnence man to turn the water back on.
She find her apartment door open and she goes to investigate an elevator door that is not closing because the killer's mask is in the door.
She pulls the mask out of the door and encounters her creepy neighbor, Gary Taylor.
Meanwhile, Lily and Paige are watching a video of a guy having Lily as her girlfriend but the shut off the video. Suddenly, someone delivers a box of chocolates and another Valentine's Day card signed JM due to their surprise.
When Lily takes a bite of one of the chocolates but vomits upon discovering that the chocolate is filled with cockroaches. They realized that the initials JM mean Jeremy Melton causing Lily to wonder what happen to him.
The gang head to a party hosted by Lily's boyfriend, Max Raimi to congartulate on his art which Kate thinks it's porn to Lily's disappointment.
While Campbell, Kate, Dorothy, Lily, Paige and Max are in the maze of his own art, Lily and Max begin to have sex but Lily dumps him because he has a new girlfriend named Amy.
While an enraged Lily tries to find an exit of the maze, she encounters the killer called the cherub who shoots Lily three times with arrows, causing her to fall through the wall of the maze and out the exit, leading her to fall off the banister and onto a lamp post where she is gruesomely impaled.
Meanwhile, Campbell gets into an arguement with his ex girlfriend, Ruthie Walker but Dorothy breaks it up and leaves with him.
