On July 25, 2013, Saban Brands announced that in May 2014, they'll acquire back the rights to the Fox Kids and Fox Family Channel libraries from Disney, but having Disney own ABC Family, Jetix, and their other children's networks. Saban Brands didn't acqure the rights to the Tick or shows from Marvel, but have also acquired the rights to Space Goofs, Oggy and the Cockroaches, What's with Andy, and the rest of the Fox Kids library. When Saban acquired Space Goofs, they hired Carlos Alazraqui, the voice of Mr. Crocker from the Fairly OddParents, to provide and re-dub the English-dubbing voice of Candy Caramella from seasons one and two (when Candy was originally voiced by Charlie Adler), and to re-dub Tom Kenny's voice, and the characters from seasons one and two that sound all "Carlos Alazraqui-esque". Alazraqui also voiced Candy Caramella from Space Goofs from Season 3 to today.

On May 7, 2014, Saban and Lionsgate announced that they would be working together to produce a new Power Rangers feature film. However, Lionsgate wouldn't distribute the new Power Rangers movie, because 20th Century Fox acquired the rights to the entire Saban Capital Group. On May 12, 2014, Haim Saban bought the Modifyers pilot from Nickelodeon. The Modifyers didn't get the green-light from Nickelodeon, because Nickelodeon gave the Mighty B! the green-light. The Modifyers was later pitched to Disney Channel and then to Cartoon Network, but neither of those networks gave it the green light. So, Haim Saban bought the pilot from Nickelodeon, and when Saban merged with Fox, Fox Kids decided to give the Modifyers the green-light in the Fall of 2014, along with Fox Kids' other new original shows, like Ice Age: The Animated Series (first Fox Kids original show made by both Saban Brands and Blue Sky Studios together), Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Series (first Fox Kids original show fully made by Saban Brands, rather than Saban Entertainment), and The Incredible Crash Dummies (first Fox Kids original show from Hot Wheels).
