Four candidates for four seats on the Board of Directors will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting on April 8 at Baxter Hood Center on the York Technical College campus in Rock Hill.
Doors open at 5 p.m. with the business meeting beginning at 6. The theme of the meeting will be: “Building on the past; Leading the future.” Sheila Caldwell of Rock Hill will entertain. The colors will be presented by Clover High School
Candidates are:
Beverly (Crisp) Ellis: Mrs. Ellis has served on the board 14 years and is currently the secretary. She retired from Family Trust after 33 years of service, and has been a member of the credit union for 46 years.
Trina Ricks: Mrs. Ricks currently serves on the Supervisory Committee. She is business service coordinator in Rock Hill and Charlotte for ARCpoint Labs. She has been a member of Family Trust for 14 years
Brown Simpson, Jr: Mr. Simpson has served on the board for six years and is the current chairman. He is Parks & Recreation director for the Town of Fort Mill. He has been a member of the credit union 26 years.
Patsy Walker: Mrs. Walker has served on the board 14 years and is co-chair of the Education/Advisory Committee. She is a retired insurance and real estate broker. Prior to her service as director, she served on the Supervisory Committee. Mrs. Walker has been a Family Trust member 31 years.
