Crystal Brook Tourist Park – March Madness!

Crystal Brook Tourist Park is one of the Family Parks gems. Located just North of Melbourne, if what you’re looking for is a conveniently located Tourist Park, look no further than Crystal Brook. From here guests can enjoy easy access to everything the city has to offer, all whilst enjoying the peace and natural environment of a bush park.

March was an exceptional hive of activity at this family friendly location – with plenty on to suit everyone!

The Open Day hosted on Sunday 6th March was a brilliant event for not only guests and visitors to the park, but to the community; kids were invited to have fun and play on the huge Bouncy Castle, and the park did their bit for a local boost, as the Sausage Sizzle raised money towards the local Warrandyte County Fire Authority, who took the time to stop by and help out. Park Development Manager, Dennis Werthenbach, who also is Chairman of the Family Parks Board, commented that, “it was a great day, with cabins open for viewing, Caravanning with Kids had a display stand, there was a Kids Club, and lots of fun such as bouncy castles, pedal karts, raffles with great prizes including accommodation giveaways – you name it, we had it going!”

On the 10th March, staff from the park attended Warrandyte CFA to present their cheque for funds raised. Park Manager Shannon Chambers forwarded these impressive snaps (below) to us of the fun evening had by all, and we reckon the group shot deserves a beautiful frame! How wonderful to see support for these hardworking pillars of society. The young boys might have a new career in mind for when they grow up!

And the park wasn’t tired out yet, but they may have re-fuelled on chocolate for more fun and games at Easter! Everyone enjoyed some delicious hot cross buns, and then the kids worked off all that sugar on the giant jumping pillow located at the park!

Phew! If you feel like you have the energy to keep up with the great folk at Crystal Brook, consider them for your next escape.

And hey! Don’t fret if you prefer to take it easy instead, you may still consider Crystal Brook Tourist Park for a nice relaxing getaway, as the spacious park has all you need located on site, to send the kids to play while you relax; there are various activites at the park to entertain them, from jumping pillow, go karts and playground, and everyone will enjoy the games room, bike hire, BBQs and heated outdoor swimming pool.
