Hello I installed this via my webhost in cpanel and when I try
to access the chat feature in chrome I get this message:

error on line 2 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the
document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
If I try to access it in Firefox I get this message:
XML Parsing Error: junk after document element

By any chance do you know what might be causing this?
