Mr. Christopher Kaminski, Digital Media Teacher at Fairview High School, was awarded the prestigious Advance Ohio (Northeast Ohio Media Group) Crystal Apple Award for the 2015-16 school year. The award, sponsored by Bryant and Stratton College, is given to select educators across Northeast Ohio in recognition of their outstanding efforts and accomplishments in education. Mr. Kaminski was nominated by FHS student Chris Corrigan. The award also serves as a tribute to the educator who impacted the life of their nominator.
Mr. Kaminski was joined by FHS Principal Mr. Chris Vicha and Chris Corrigan at an awards ceremony the evening of May 12 at the Advance Ohio downtown headquarters on Superior Avenue.
