Hello Cerealians! Thank you for your patience, and welcome to Event 14!
First, a few housekeeping things: the businesses page for character run businesses is now up, as well as more thorough ViViD Information. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask on the FAQ; we tried to address everything we could think of, but if they're any other questions or suggestions don't hesitate to ask!
As you can see, we’ve kickstarted it off with a post introducing some new NPCs for you all to have some fun with, as well as a send-off to our old NPCs. We’ll miss them, be sure to bid them all a fond farewell. This is part 1 of the event; part 2 will be an event log mingle going up on the 11th.
The old NPCs have had a rather abrupt departure; anyone attempting to pay a visit to CERES’ official offices will find their way blocked by police tape and unhappy androids. Should they continue to try to push their way in (that’s rather rude and belligerent!) those androids will take issue, grab your characters and sweep them away for a Pretty Princess makeover and tea party that will last at least 5 or 6 hours. Approach at your own risk.
As for the event log itself, the new CERES staff is doing some spring cleaning of sorts--nothing too alarming there, except for what the city itself starts to go a little haywire. Seems they’ve found some kinks in the works and want to purge the issues and get a brand new, fresh start. You can expect anything that runs off of electricity to go a little haywire, and not quite work as planned or expected...and in a city like Cerealia, that could be a little problem.
Keep your eyes peeled for the event log; it will go up on June 11th at midnight GMT.
As a quick mod note and apology: your new head mod is not in the GMT timezone, and thus didn’t realize that this is midnight GMT, June 10th. All future event logs will be done properly at midnight GMT, according to the calendar.
