Hey again everyone

Me again lol, I have attached the below sample of our large database, not sure how simple this request will be. We are a large shipping company.

Within our company we have 40 "KITS" these are sets of equipment. Each one has its own worksheet, on the sample attached there is only 4. KIT001, KIT002, KIT003 and KIT004

Each worksheet is a record of where that equipment has been, on what dates, from what locations, on what ship, what project number it is....

The "vessel" worksheet is a visual calendar of all 40 KITs, Row 1 and 2 are the dates, and just run continuously for ever....so each column is a specific date. the remaining rows correspond to a different KIT. I manually complete the "vessel" Worksheet. As per the 3 examples already complete for KIT001 Worksheet.

For each Row on a KIT worksheet, it equates to a Job/Deployment on a ship, I would like it, once i enter the Disembarkation date into Column G ( this is the last item I will enter in a row)or at the click or a macro button, for the data to be filled out on the "vessel" sheet automatically for the specific row related to that KIT00?,

Sooooooo....Hopefully not lost everyone....in the cell on the "Vessel Worksheet" relating to the embarkation date(Column C) and KIT ID i need it to say.....whatever is in the cells in that project row on the KIT00? Worksheet.

It needs to say """ 'EMBARK LOCATION' 'PROJ' 'CLIENT' 'VESSEL' 'Disembark LOCATION'"""

Ideally there will then be a border placed around the dates from When it Embarked until it Disembarked, and the colour will change, but these are not as important.

I have filled out the data for KIT001 as an example, I have placed data in KIT002, KIT003, and KIT004 worksheets.

Thanks for all your help and if its possible....

Much appreciated.

Claire :)
