The Department of Technical Education & Training operates through following 3 Directorates and 3 State Councils to facilitate Technical education and skill training in the state.
Eligibility Criteria for ITI Open Counselling Admission :
For CET Students - Those students Ranked in ITI Common Entrance Examination 2016 are eligible for Choose Seats in New Government ITI.
For Non CET Students - Applicant who have passed Class VIII (8th) are Eligible for E Group Trade / Madhyamik (10th) for M Group Trade.
Course Fees :
As mentioned in the brochure issued at the time inviting applications 20% of the total seats of all Govt. ITI would be in IMC Quota. Merit list for the IMC seats is prepared separately. Course Fee of such IMC Quota seats would be as follows - For Old Govt. ITIs Rs. 5000 per Year.
For New Govt. ITIs in Rural Area Rs.15000 per Year for Engineering Course / Rs.12000 for Non Engineering Course.
For New Govt. ITI in Urban Area Rs.16500 per year for Engineering Courses / Rs.13200 per year for Non Engineering Courses

Those applicant not applied for ITI CET 2016 but Eligible for ITI admission required to visit on - www.wbscvt.net, Then Click on Registration for Non CET candidates. Choose Applying Group and Filled up Application Form Completely. Then Upload Passport Size Photograph. Verify & Save & Continue. Save Application No & Click on Participate in Open Counselling. Choose College & Respective Trade. Then Candidates required to Download Allotment Letter. Submit all Relevant Document & Allotment Latter is Admission Centre.
Required Documents at the Time of Admission :
Self Attested copy of Certificate like Age Proof / Admit card of Madhyamik or Equivalent examination, Mark Sheet and Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
Self Attested copy of Certificate for PH (if any). A candidates have certificate in his / her name only for availing admission under any reserved seat (PH).
Medical certificate of fitness issued by a medical practitioner of MBBS or its equivalent degree as per given format.
