Kate Middleton stepped away from her usual style at a party in Buckingham Palace on Monday night.
The Duchess of Cambridge dazzled at the event alongside her dapper husband Prince William.
Kate wore a stunning metallic style dress with platinum heels for a reception to mark the launch of the UK-India Year of Culture 2017.
All eyes were on Kate as she stepped out in an unusual style dress to her typical formal wear.
The duchess looked radiant in a gold metallic dress, embroidered on pink silk by British designer Erdem.
She teamed the glittering gown with a pair of platinum shinning pumps by Oscar de la Renta, for the cool price of €690.
Paying homage to the connection between the UK and India at the event, Kate accessorised with a simply stunning pair of drop style earrings from Indian designer Anita Dongre.
The Duchess and her husband spent time at the event examining artefacts, including a woven cloth gifted to the Queen by Mahatma Gandhi in the 1950’s.
Kate looked incredible!

The Duchess of Cambridge visits an RAF base in Cambridgeshire to meet with local air cadets. Her Royal Highness became Royal Patron and Honorary Air Commandant of the Air Cadet Organisation, in December 2015.
Her Royal Highness joined the cadets as they viewed a Tutor aircraft, and participated in a personal development training session, The Duchess also had the chance to fly a flight simulator while there.
