Weekly Coaching Calls

If you want to ensure that you make consistent progress in this program and with your business, the most important thing you can do is to prioritize weekly group coaching in your schedule.

If you don’t prioritize the weekly group coaching, then you will make a lot of unnecessary mistakes and experience overwhelm and anxiety that you don’t need. You’ll also miss out on hearing about the results other practitioners are getting in the program, along with ideas, insights, and inspiration that you can implement in your practice to get more clients and help those clients get results.

Even after the 6-month term of this program, you should continue as a monthly member indefinitely and always include and prioritize regular weekly coaching in your schedule. As you and your business grow and develop you will have new questions, new challenges, and new opportunities.

Purpose and Structure

The coaching calls are designed to help you implement what you are learning in the program, and help you stay focused on the high leverage actions and mindsets that will most powerfully move you forward. Each coaching call is up to 90 minutes long and hosted by either Marc Quinn or myself.

Marc’s calls are specifically oriented around your website and internet marketing strategy. Start attending these calls once you get to Step 3 in the program, and use them to get through your Website Checklist so that Marc can build your professional client-getting website for you. You can also take advantage of his coaching for any technical questions or challenges you run into.

My calls are focused on helping you clarify and implement the outer steps in the program, and to help you identify and resolve any inner obstacles that are holding you back and sabotaging your success. I also focus on helping you become a better coach for your clients, and you can bring questions that you have about helping them achieve their desired results as well. Start attending at least one of my weekly calls immediately.

How to Attend and Prepare

Here are the steps to take to find the current coaching call schedule, dial in details, recorded calls, and prepare for the calls:

In the navigation menu on the membership site, click “Coaching Calls.”

Here you’ll find the schedule and dial in details, along with the recordings of all our past coaching calls. A coaching call reminder will also be sent to you each week.

Then click on the “Coaching Request” tab in the navigation menu.

Select the host, day, and time to address your question, and send in a quick update of your actions, results, content you’re working on and questions or challenges to be addressed for the week. This is optional, but a great way to prepare for the call. If you don’t submit a coaching request, you can still come to the call and get coached.

Attend the call and get coached. If you cannot attend the call, we will still address your questions and you can listen to the recording posted by the end of the week in the Coaching Calls.

Private Coaching Calls

Your program also includes 3 private 1-hour coaching session with me. These are a chance to dive deep into your outer strategy and program development or to identify and overcome any inner obstacles that are robbing you of confidence or energy.

To schedule a private 1-hour coaching session click the “Coaching Request” tab and then click the scheduling link. Pick any available time that works for you and submit your information. We’ll both automatically receive a confirmation, and I’ll call you on the number you’ve listed at our scheduled time.

Take Action: Schedule Your Weekly Coaching

Take a moment right now to review the coaching schedule and enter at least one of the weekly group coaching calls into your calendar on a recurring basis, along with the dial in details and a reminder to submit your weekly coaching requests.

MasterMind Community

We are a community of Ayurvedic practitioners and Yoga therapists collectively focused on growing sustainable practices and serving our clients to the best of our ability. If we tap into our community we access and contribute to the intelligence of the “MasterMind.”

If we don’t connect with the community, we can get isolated in our own worlds, miss out on a lot of value we could receive from others to grow our business, and miss out on opportunities to help and serve our friends and colleagues.

Facebook Members-Only Group

Our virtual MasterMind community is connected through our members-only Facebook group. All of our members can post questions and replies as frequently as desired, and I often post websites and resources that we discuss on the weekly coaching calls.

This is also where we organize our practitioner MasterMind groups in the “Files” area, and where you can find an open group that meets at a good time for you.

How to Join and Participate

Here are the steps to take to join the members-only Facebook group:

Go to the group page and request to join. Your request will be approved manually within a day or two.

Once you’re approved, make your first post! Introduce yourself, where you’re from, where you studied, and your vision for your practice and service in the world.

Browse some of the recent posts and make some comments to other members.

At least once or twice a week when you’re on Facebook, hop over to the group to let us know what you’re working on, ask for feedback or resources, and comment on the other members’ posts.

MasterMind Groups

If we try to grow our business by ourselves, we will be limited. We will not be able to see the things that we can’t see. We won’t know what we don’t know. We will make more mistakes than we need to and miss out on opportunities that are invisible to us, but that others can find and see with ease. If we try to grow our business by ourselves, we will miss out on the gift of community, friendship, and mutual contribution.

On the other hand, if we do learn to appreciate and prioritize mentorship and mutual contribution, we can be unlimited. We will identify and pursue better paths and opportunities that offer more value to our clients, and to us, and we will provide and receive the collective focus and accountability that helps us grow and develop in our business and in our lives. We help our friends and community grow more than they could without our contribution.

The Purpose and Structure of the MasterMind

In his famous book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill is credited with the first formal definition of the MasterMind:

“The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.” He continues…“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind [the master mind].”

Your MasterMind group is made up of you and two to four of our other practitioner members who meet on a weekly basis over the phone for a 90-minute conference call. The purpose is to share the actions you’re taking, celebrate the results that you’re getting, clarify and speak your goals and vision, and support each other with any inner or outer obstacles you’re facing.

The 90 minutes get divided up evenly amongst the MasterMind members. At the end of each call, each member will leave with clear and specific actions they are committed to doing, and will use the group for their accountability.

It’s been shown that we become like the five people we spend the most time with, and Paramahansa Yogananda once said, “Environment is stronger than will power.”

One of the surest ways to move in a new direction and create new results in our lives is to change our environment and our close company. Committing to regular attendance and participation with your MasterMind group will build a supportive environment and inspiring company into your business life.

In the beginning, you will most likely have less experience than some of the other members in the group, and you can draw on their mentorship and support. Over time, you will get to return the favor and share your knowledge and experience with others who are just getting started.

As with the weekly coaching, make your MasterMind group an ongoing priority in your business for years to come. Continue to support your members, hold them accountable and help them see what they can’t see. Have a bigger vision for them than they have for themselves, and continually ask your members to push you further than you would go on your own.

Your MasterMind Group

These are the steps to take to find, join, and participate in your MasterMind group:

Visit the Files area of our members-only Facebook group.

Browse the MasterMind group days and times to see which groups would work for your schedule. If there is not an available group that works for you, contact us so that we can start a new one for you.

Contact the group leader to see if the group is open, and to get the dial in information to join their next call.

If you like, you can try a few groups to find your best fit. Whatever group you decide to join, commit to weekly attendance and participation.

When it’s your turn to share, say your name and your “What You Do” statement (you’ll have that by the end of Step 1). Report on the actions you’ve taken since the last call and the results that you’ve gotten. Ask for any feedback or support to clarify your next steps, and commit to completing them before the next call.

When it’s your turn to support another member, help them strengthen their “What You Do” statement, and provide honest feedback and support to help them clarify their next steps.
