Children’s Yoga Class – Warrensville Heights Library

Who says that Yoga is just for adults? The Warrensville Heights branch of the Cuyahoga County Library has a Children’s Yoga class for children ages 5-10. You can join them on Friday from 4pm – 5pm, or if you can’t make it this week the class will be held throughout the next two months – see more dates here. The free class is run by Cleveland’s non-profit yoga program, Zenworks Yoga.

Third Friday’s Art Open House – 78th Street Studios

On the Third Friday of each month, 78th Street Studios opens its many twisted corridors of public art galleries and artistic creation spaces to the public. Both the parking and event are free and there is plenty of art to see and food to try! Cleveland Orchestra Young Professionals Kickoff Event – Severance Hall

King: A Filmed Record…Montgomery to Memphis – Cleveland Cinematheque

While many of us are off on Monday, it’s important to understand why. Monday we honor the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr – but you can do so a day early if you head the Cleveland’s Cinematheque movie theater in University Cirle. On Sunday they’ll be screening King: A Filmed Record…Montgomery to Memphis, a documentary follows Dr. King in the years 1955 to 1968.
