As the director of CMC, you will be assuming a very technical role within the company whilst also managing one of their most important departments. Leading a slightly small international team that will grow under your supervision will confer you with very valuable global management skills that will be an important addition to your current skill set, whilst the technical aspect of the role will guarantee you still get hands-on experience and don't lose your expertise!
For this role you will need to have extensive experience with CMC (approx. 5 years) as well as experience with line management, preferably on an international level. Excellent English and German skills are mandatory in order to be successful, with French being a good addition to your profile, but not a mandatory requirement.
