Ulefone U5s Review—Appearance
At first glance, we may find the appearance design of Ulefone U5s looks good, and the black version give us a feeling of steady. First, in the front of the phone is a 5.0 inch screen, above the screen, there own a caller speaker and the front camra. Meanwhile, below the screen are three touch buttons—Home/Menu and back keys, and they all have back light.
Then, looking from the sides of Ulefone U5s phone, we could notice the design of its’ bezel is simple, there only has a power button on the right side, and two volume keys on the left side. Besides, at the top of the Ulefone U5s phone, we also find a Headphone Jack and an USB Port.
In the rear side of the Ulefone U5s phone, there has a rear camera and the flashlight. However, it’s surprised that there has no “Ulefone” Logo in the back cover of the phone. After removing the shell, we do find an orange battery, above the battery are three card slots—two SIM card slots and one TF card slot. In addition, below the battery, there has a media speaker, which supports 3D Sound.
Ulefone U5s Review—Screen
Compared with Ulefone U58 phone, the screen of Ulefone U5s looks a bit smaller, it adopts a 5.0 inch IPS screen; however, its’ resoultion is only 854*480 pixel, which may let many users down, the display quality isn’t quite good, but it still looks well, and the touch panel also runs flawlessly.
Ulefone U5s Review—Performance
This time, Ulefone U5s hadn’t equpped with MTK Octa-core program, it still adopts 1.3GHz MTK6582 Quad-core processor, and provides 1GB RAM/4GB ROM, which could extended into 32GB Memory.
In order to understand the performance of the Ulefone U5s phone, we had made an Antutu Score benchmark testing, and Ulefone U5s phone had reached 17936 points, which is a good score, and it surprassed Redmi phone, meanwhile, Ulefone U5s could support large apps and most mobile games fluently.

GPS Function Testing
During our daily life, GPS function is a very useful function, which could help us to find the nearest hotel/restaurant and our destination. So we also experience the GPS function of Ulefone U5s phone, it could search 11 satellites in a few seconds.
Android 4.4 KitKat OS
Now, more and more new smartphone has adopted the lastest Android 4.4 Kitkat, certainly, Ulefone U5s is no exception, it also runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS.
Battery
Owing to its’ slim body, Ulefone U5s only providing a 2200mAh battery, in normal condition, it’s enough to meet our daily use. Certainly, if you like watch video or play mobile games, you could consider to buy one or two backup batteries.
Camera Function
If you wish an excellent camera function smartphone, Ulefone U5s phone may let you feel a bit lose. In fact, the camera function of Ulefone U5s isn’t quite good, it only providing 5.0MP rear camera with flashlight and auto focus. However, it owns a 8.0MP front camera, and it supports face beauty、HDR 、Smile shot functions.
Summary:
As the lastest product of Ulefone phone, Ulefone U5s did not bring us any surprises, its’ low screen resolution, no NFC/OTG functions, and low camera pixel, which all make us feel lose.
