What the Ras envisions:
My Nigerthiopia is exactly what the name suggests and I want to extend my empire from coast to coast. It will stretch from the Somali coast to the Ivory coast. In my views there should only be three main groups in Africa; central Nigerthiopians, northern Arabs and the southern Bantus.
Economic System: Capitalism with every man and woman having the ability to earn land, assets, stock, and share of the country's resources.
Political System: Monarchy with Presidential system. Just image Britain and the US combined. The Emir is always the highest power, followed by his President. There is no vice-President. People vote for the President in a democratic system but the Emir is an absolute power that cannot be removed even in a revolution
Political structure: Monarchy, unitary and federal system (for example the governor of eastern Nigerthiopia (present day Somali Republic will be selected from western Africa).
Capital(s): I would have three capitals (Monarchy seat), Executive seat (government) and Legislative capital. I can't afford to have all three powers in one city in such vast land and of course for security reasons. Just in case one goes down, we don't all have to go down together. There is time to act.
Immigration System: Education based migration, where only people with Masters and Honors are only approved. No refugees are to be hosted. Our objective is to invade the refugee producing nation and put their state in order for them but never host their refugees.
Religious System: Islam (Din-e Ilahi) but all faiths are treated equal. I would encourage tolerance and humanity above all so much so I would marry an Orthodox Tewahido Amhara woman. On top of that I would construct a church inside my palace and vacate the entire palace for her every Sunday so she may hold congregation. I believe religion is not imposed by exercised through confidence, self assurance, tolerance and understanding that no man can be "God's soldier" and try to enforce it by force. If God wanted force he would have just killed of Adam that day and would not go through 6 days just to create our world and universe of today for us. God made flowers diverse for a reason too.
The test for mankind is getting along and making it through until the Last Day siren. It's not about turning earth into a battle field of my religion is superior than yours because superiority is what got Satan where he is. He really thought he was above all and even better than Adam.
