Remedy Entertainment is a respected studio, responsible for creating a number of innovative titles including Alan Wake, Max Payne and most recently, Quantum Break. Despite having years of experience, Quantum Break launched in a sorry state on the PC platform and didn’t scale very well across different hardware configuration. Some critics speculated this was due to Microsoft informing Remedy to create a PC edition fairly close to the release date. Whatever the case, it hasn’t negatively impacted on the company’s reputation and I’m looking forward to their future projects.

Game development is a complex business and AAA releases require huge teams to meet deadlines. Things don’t always go as planned and modern games tend to suffer from undocumented bugs which the QA testers missed. To document this tricky process, Remedy launched a captivating parody trailer which showcases some of the most amusing glitches Quantum Break has to offer. During the video, Remedy says this is “what making games is all about” and encourages you to apply here. The company is looking to expand and hire upcoming talent and experienced individuals. Perhaps, they want some additional people to work on Alan Wake 2, and this is your chance to get involved!

“Remedy is looking for both experienced and aspiring talent to join our exciting unannounced projects. We offer you a chance to work with industry leading professionals and state-of-the-art 3D technology to create innovative world-class games. Remedy also provides a great work-life balance with competitive benefits.” – Remedy
