2 cup of coconut sugar

Add the three ingredients in a bottle and mix well. Divide into three cellophane bags with decorative strings.

This amount made me three bags of the dish, but it depends on how much you put in each bag.

Serve:

Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a saucepan with 6 oz (177 ml) of any type of milk.

Heat until hot but not boiling. Pour into a cup and enjoy.

Recipe 2 – Mulled wine recipe

Ingredients:

4 drops Mandarin EO

4 drops Orange EO

2 drop Clove EO

2 drop Cinnamon EO

8 glasses of red wine

3 cups flour

2 cup rice flour

Pinch of salt

500g butter

Wheat flour dust

Melted white chocolate to decorate

Instructions:

In a preheated oven (150 C), line 2 large trays with parchment paper. Blend salt, sugar and flour in a bowl. Rub the butter until the consistency is like breadcrumbs. Add the essential oil of lavender and pure vanilla until combined. Place on a flour dusted surface and knead until smooth. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Use a Christmas themed cookie cutter or some other cutter to cut shapes from dough, for example, star shape. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool for 1 hour. Drizzle with melted white chocolate to decorate.
