ESN Music Project
Can you sing, play guitar or rock out on a saxophone? Have you always wanted to perform on stage in front of hundreds of people? If so, then the ESN Music Project is perfect for you! For two months long, a close group of students will be choosing and rehearsing songs from their favourite artists in order to put together an amazing show on the 13th of May! Rehearsals start on the 2nd of March, so make sure to check out this Facebook group for more information about the Music Project!
ESN Presents: Expierence Groningen 'Beyond the student bubble'
Experience Groningen, the two-day event organized by ESN Groningen in co-operation with the municipality of Groningen, is back in 2016! Going into its second edition, the event will take place throughout Groningen on the 11th and 12th of March.
Experience Groningen will guide 500 international students through the city and province, during which they will be taken out of their 'student bubble' and get a peek behind the scenes. A new side of Groningen will be explored by participating in activities related to culture, business, science and sports. As a participant, you will be introduced to Groningen's career opportunities, cultural life and social institutions. You will also be invited into the home of local stadjers, who will make you a proper Groninger meal!

ESN Hitchhike to Leuven!
Join us on the 4th of March and fix a ride (or 5) to LEUVEN - BELGIUM! This is a super nice student city and people here are really fond of beer. So it sure promises to be an awesome weekend.
So what does a hitchhike battle weekend look like?
You will hitchhike to Leuven on Friday and arrive at the hostel which we have all to ourselves over the weekend! Then we will go back to Groningen by bus on Sunday (Ain't nobody got energy to hitchike back).
We have organized really original crazy day activities for Saturday. On Saturday night we start off with a nice dinner, after which we will have a pubcrawl and we will party all night if you still have energy left. On Sunday we will bring you to a typical Belgian bar. You will of course also have plenty of free time to explore the city by yourselves! :)
