Role Description
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our busy finance team based in our Dublin Head Office. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and will be a key point of contact for client queries. They will also be responsible for issuing all invoices to our multi-national clients on a weekly basis and gain strong experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for issuing all invoices to the client on a weekly basis
Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts to tight month end deadlines
Provide KPI reporting to management margins associated with key customers
Reconciliation of all cash receipts and cash payments for key customers
Ensure accurate fx costs/gains are recognised
Be a key point of contact for client queries
Experience & Qualifications:
Part qualified ACCA or alternatively Qualified Accounts Technician.
Excellent excel skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in an evolving organisation, and be adaptable to change.
Previous experience working in a start-up environment would be advantageous.
