How to do an MLM Company Call and Become a Leader
The best thing you can do for your network marketing growth is to attend and share your story on company calls.
Here’s my latest outline of how I’m going to conduct my call for my primary network marketing business.
Edify
Edification is the most important aspect of conducting calls and whenever you are prospecting.
Edification means to compliment and speak highly of everyone in the business. Heck, this is a good practice to use in all our daily affairs. Here’s mine:
“Thank you Aaron for having me on this call. Aaron is a strong leader within the network marketing industry, with over 10 years experience. I’m glad to be on this call with him and feel very confident moving forward with Brain Abundance.”
Tell your story and testimonial of product
Telling your personal story about your product and the company creates excitement for the prospects that might be on the call, as well it makes you a spokesmodel for the company.
Being a spokesmodel has some indirect advantages, such as people will remember your story and be drawn to join you! Distributors who tend to get on these company calls the most, seem to recruit the most people.
You can also position yourself as the leader in your company and the “go to” person. Personally, I felt that I had one of the longest track records with my company and wanted to step up and do the calls.
I felt that I had a compelling story and wanted to grow my business faster. Stepping out of your comfort zone and doing these calls will definitely pay off in the long run.
But, this will never work if you want to get-rich-quick in three months.
Also, truly share your story as if you are trying to save someone’s life with your products and opportunity, because you are.
I have helped a lot of people around the world, not only make more money which helped them raise their families better, but also the supplement helped thousands as well.
It’s selfish not to share your business to others. If you’re embarrassed to share the business, then it might not be the right company for you, or you might have to learn more about the industry as a whole to reignite your belief.
Here’s my story:

This is pretty much the format I and other leaders use within the network marketing and MLM industry.
You get your story down line this and memorize it, you’re going to go far in this industry.
The leaders who step up and do these company calls go far and create momentum. Network marketing is all about creating momentum.
Success begets more success. When you build a team rather quickly, other prospects notice this. They want to join a leader who is going places. How do you know a leader is going places?
They continually post updates on their social media, showing pics of them working out, travelling, or shaking hands at events.
More people join this leader, which the leader then shares on their social media, which gets more people interested. This is momentum and building it fast, like a snowball, gets you bigger checks quicker.
