A lot of us when we join network marketing set overly high expectations.
Most of the time we underdeliver on those expectations as well, which leads to disappointment, frustration, and possibly quitting.
What to expect in the beginning as an Entrepreneur is you are essentially building it alone.
This looks like you’re working your butt off for little pay, if any pay, for a long time.
Then, a couple people join your business.
Then, a few more.
By the second year in network marketing, your efforts will probably be matched with your income.
By the third and fourth year, you will probably get paid a lot more than the effort you’re putting into it.
This is called momentum, and can truly set you financially free without any extra work on your part.
These numbers aren’t concrete, some people find success a lot slower or faster than others.
But, any worthwhile enterprise takes time to grow.
And, if you stick with it, one day you will look back and those hard times that felt unbearable at the time, will be like little speed bumps.
It will all become worth it.

A “One sheet” is a piece of paper next to you on your table that will have all the important details of your company on it.

Your sponsor’s distributor number and telephone number
The CEO contact info.
Company contact info.

Call Logs – keep track of who you call, the time and date and key points the prospect expressed.

Calling Leads
Get rid of all distractions and have your one sheet ready.
Call your Leads right when they come in because it’s fresh on your prospect’s mind.
Don’t send them an email.
They already get a series of emails from My Daily Choice.
Call them immediately if they left their number.
Phone number is “optional” on a lead capture page, so not all prospects will leave their number.
Chat with them.
Remember: Listen, mirror and match their tonality.
Example call: (Lead’s name is “Joe.”)
Be casual. Save the formalities.
“Hey Joe, this is (your name). How are you today?
I was sitting at my desk and saw that you just checked out my site and requested info on making money in a home-based business.
Am I catching you at an okay time to chat for a couple of minutes?”
If no, get a specific time and date for a follow up.
If yes,
“Are you currently self-employed or have you been in the past?”
(You want to see if they’ve done network marketing before.)
(If no MLM experience, say:)
“What do you do for a living currently?”
(You are “fact finding” your prospect and getting a feel for who they are. Does their tone turn you on or turn off?
If you feel that they sound lacking in anyway, you might want to cut them off gently from your opportunity.
Also, find out if they are looking for full time or part time, and what they want to make per month.
If they sound like a good fit, send them the company video to watch and lock in a time you can call back, preferably in 10 minutes.
Maintaining Control
If a prospects asks: “What is it?” And sounds aggressive, don’t give into their aggression by telling them what it is.
Remember, this is your business and you decide who you want to work with.
Just say: “I will tell you what is but first I want to ask you a few questions on what you’re looking for.”
If they still seem aggressive, just thank them for their time and move on to the next Lead.
If they sound interested, say something like:
“Great, sounds like you’re interested.”
And, show them how to upgrade to paid affiliate in My Daily Choice.
