The project it’s a set of carefully constructed images dealing the term of ‘’catharsis’’. Catharsis (from the Greek ‘’κάθαρσις’’ meaning “purification" or “cleansing") refers to the purification and purgation of emotions—especially pity and fear—through art or to any extreme change in emotion that results in renewal and restoration. The artist uses the camera as a tool to record states of destruction that lead to physical and emotional rebirth.
