Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Promised me an account, took my money first through ebay. (his ebay ID: micngu_rtevey1) He will not admit scamming my money so I ask ebay customer support to help. I hav uploaded part of our chat history and other useful information, since i can only upload 20 photos. I saved most of our chat history in word document, if you gys want to know more about my case, i can email them to you and also include the screen shots of the original chat. I hav introduced the whole fraud in my response to the seller. First, he ask me to write "family transaction no refund"to ebay, then he said we need to wait 21 days until ebay giv him the money,after that he want me to leave positive comment with"i hav got the acc nice gy" finally he ask me to open and close a dispute. He did these to make sure ebay will believe that i hav got the acc but actually i didn't. What i am saying are all with proof in the photos i uploaded. But he keeps blaming me but he never show any proof. He denied using the Skype id i shown to ebay, so i also upload a photo showing that mikehn3 is his real id and I'm not lying. Everytime i said about the truth, he will deny and keep blaming me. And trying to avoid what I'm saying and never giv any proof. He lied that he cannot see the chat history coz i blocked him, but when i ask him to show his original post on epic (thats a website where i find him) and the screenshot of i blocking him, he always try to avoid it. And i also found that the last item he sold is the same thing that he sold to me, the last buyer also left a positive feedback asking the seller to give him the account, i suppose he seller used the same trick on me, since he also asked me to leave a positive feedback for him but this time i refused to do so.
Other details / notes: He tried to fight me in the dispute, he told ebay that he gave me the account before i payed him, but fortunately ebay refund me.
