With Team Beachbody, we’ve got an ABUNDANCE of options to help you lose weight, get healthier, and live a happier, more fulfilling life. With that said, when you try to choose a Beachbody fitness program, all of those options can be a little overwhelming for people new to the Beachbody world.

Here are my TOP TIPS on how to choose a Beachbody Fitness Program.

#1- Think about YOUR goals FIRST.

When you go to choose a Beachbody fitness program, what’s your end goal? Losing weight? Gaining flexibility? Better coordination? Strength gains? Weight gains? Mass building? Athletic performance? If you know YOUR goals before you even look at programs, I can help you choose the option that will best help you nail those goals. Not all programs are designed for the same end result, so end GOALS are important to consider when you choose a Beachbody fitness program!

#2- Ask how much time you’re willing to devote each day.

The length of the workouts from program to program varies WIDELY. If you choose a Beachbody fitness program that doesn’t fit your schedule, you won’t do it. Let me know how much time you can devote to your daily journey, and I’ll give you options that will fit your schedule.

#3- Think about what “style” of activity most interests you!

What kind of workouts do you enjoy? We’ve got a program for virtually EVERY style of exercise- dance, yoga, pilates, weight lifting, cardio, extreme cardio, cardio with weights, dancing, agility training, tai chi, a mix of everything. Whatever your personality is, I can help you choose a Beachbody fitness program that will match it.

#4- Think about your workout equipment.

MANY Beachbody fitness program can be done with NO equipment and limited workout space. SOME, on the other hand, require workout equipment and a slightly larger space. Let me know what you have to work with and I can help make a suggestion.

#5- TALK to a qualified COACH.
