Toro y Moi explores his soulful side on “Omaha,” a serene new song featured in Bandcamp’s ongoing anti-Trump compilation project Our First 100 Days. Band mastermind Chaz Bundick explores a more conventional singer-songwriter style on the track, crooning over vintage synthesizers and a breezy bass groove.

Jon Coombs, Managing Director of Publishing for Secretly Canadian, conceived 100 Days after absorbing the “despair and shock” of Donald Trump’s election victory. For the project, he recruited artists from the Secretly Group – which includes labels like Secretly Canadian, Jagjaguwar and Dead Oceans – to contribute a new song for each of Trump’s first 100 days in office. All funds will benefit a handful of non-profit advocacy groups like All Above All, Cosecha, Hoosier Action, People’s Climate Movement and Southerners on New Ground.

“We hope that people not only love the music and discover some new things with this collection, but they see it as an easy way to make a contribution to a cross section of organizations that need the support right now,” Phil Waldorf, executive of Secretly Group, said in a statement.

Those 100 tracks will eventually comprise the 100 Days LP. Thirteen tracks are currently available to download and stream via Bandcamp upon pre-ordering with a minimum donation of $30.

Previous contributors include Angel Olsen, Animal Collective’s Avey Tare, PWR BTTM, Jason Molina and Bon Iver collaborator S. Carey. Other artists pledged to the campaign include Mountain Goats, How to Dress Well, Mitski, Minus the Bear, Beach Fossils and Jens Lekman.
