The objective of this spiritual workshop was to help seekers move to the next level of sadhana (Spiritual practice) and to take more responsibility with regards to the sadhana of other seekers. Some topics which were covered and discussed about were :
1. Focus was on feedback from coseekers so as to help them develop in understanding more of their personality defects and ego manifestation. This was to bring awareness in them about the defects and ego which are obstacles in their samashti and vyashti sadhana (Spread of Spirituality and individual spiritual practice).
2. Topics were dedicated to understanding and practicing different aspects of samashti sadhana (Collective spiritual practice) such as : Nurturing seekers and the new spiritually curious people, how to handle samashti situations in Prasar (Spread of Spirituality) and lectures, online Skype satsangs or login, answering questions of the spiritually curious people in Prasar etc. The discussions on these topics covered practical solutions and perspectives so that seekers progress through samashti sadhana and the output of the samashti sevas can improve.
Aim of the workshop
H.H. Cyriaque Vallee asked all seekers to share their own aim for this workshop. Seekers shared their aims, which included overcoming the vyashti obstacles such as fear, blocks, insecurity, selfishness, laziness, negativity, pride, insecurity; and to increase the following samashti qualities - determination, acceptance, sharing openly, leadership, increasing sattvikta, thinking of others, faith, desire, awareness of personality defects, increasing acceptance, bhav, increasing learning attitude, prayers, increasing service attitude, seriousness in personality defects removal.
Seekers shared their doubts regarding achieving their goals, and H.H. Cyriaque Vallee shared that if seekers have the internal desire to change, then by God’s grace anything is possible to achieve .
Feedback was sent by different responsible seekers about seekers attending the workshop so that they can improve on their efforts to overcome personality defects and ego. The responsible seekers had observed the mistakes of these seekers. This session helped the seekers to realise where their awareness about their defects and ego was lacking.
Positive feedback was also given about the qualities observed in them so that seekers learn from the qualities in others.
Seekers shared openly about different types of fears they are facing and accordingly solutions were provided.
Situations in nurturing and Prasar in each region and different languages were taken, how to increase the quality of samasthi Prasar and for seekers to learn the aspects of nurturing.
Many seekers were able to conduct sessions on developing leadership; some of them were - Mrs. Smita Khare, Mrs. Vaishali Dhawas, Ms. Tina Fallah, Mr. Andrey, Ms. Kristen and Mrs. Ananya Sethi.
Mr. Rendy and Mrs. Shweta Clarke organised and conducted the workshop.
Some sessions were conducted by Mr. Rendy from Indonesia; he handled the workshop and conducted the sessions nicely. Bhav (Spiritual emotion) was felt when Mr. Rendy was speaking.
Seekers openly shared their obstacles at home and work place in relation to increasing their sadhana.
Seekers were able to witness and experience the Chaitanya (Divine consciousness) in the Bhrugunadi (A Holy scripture). The next day, seekers had the opportunity to pay obeisance to the Holy scripture that had been displayed in the meditation room.
On the last day, seekers shared their goal and actions points on their own vyashti and samasthi sadhana and received clear directions on the next step from the vyashti as well as the samashti perspective.
SSRF seekers expressed gratitude to Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale for inspiring the organising of this workshop with a prayer that everything happens as per His expectations and that the progress of all who attend this workshop takes place smoothly and fast.
