:: The main advantage I see in this is that it would reduce the amount of and parameters of inflection templates. If we have string functions in Lua, then we would be able to automatically remove things like infinitive endings, and add different ones based on the original (so no more -ir, -ar, -er templates for Romance languages, just adding {{temp|es-conj}} with no parameters could suffice). {{User:CodeCat/signature}} 21:18, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
