The network of Indian clinics "Dr Agarwal's Group of Eye Hospitals", already established in Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar, plans to open in the Comoros an ophthalmological clinic of high quality and linked with a high-performance optical Center.
A 'Dr. Agarwal's Group of Eye Hospitals' mission was thus presented in the beginning of the week in the archipelago to meet local authorities and was well received by the Governor of Grande Comore.
This clinic will be particularly specialises in cataract and surgery for the treatment of retinal problems, as indicated by the Comorian newspaper Alwatwan.
"Initially, we will invest in the amount of 100,000 dollars and the project will be implemented from next September. Thereafter, the investment will increase to 500,000 dollars... and in the second year, it will be around one million", said Dr. S. Rajagopalan, head of the different 'Dr Agarwal's Group of Eye Hospitals' clinics .
