Hello, last year i made a nice project involved both Nintendo 64 and Gameboy Color

and so it's called Pokemon Fusion... one important reason on why i would be posting this here

as oposed to more game oriented forums... is because this project actually deals with emulation itself

who didnt played pokemon stadium, and saw that even if you manage to get the GBC emulation running

the pokemon battles of the GBC games were still in 2D? as i personally never owned a N64 myself

got really disappointed when i finally discovered that... so i decided to make a project to achieve exact it

and the Result is...

Pokemon Fusion (Gen II)... it's a combination of VisualBoyAdvance running pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal

with Project64 1.6 running PokemonStadium 2...

i'm currently using Glide Final plugin... as it's most accurate (and currently it only Support OpenGL plugins)

but i plan to support Direct3D plugins (as i need to have some control... altough i've been planning some alternatives)

so it Basically runs the PJ64 inside the VisualBoyAdvance (emulated with borders for proper size / aspect ratio)

and trough some hack (something you could call RomHack... but it's more like if i was using Cheats to just write on the N64 memory in order to transfer the GB battles to the N64... and then simulate the same battle on the GB....

but as images tells more than words i made a simple Youtube Video Demonstrating the project...

i would like some feedback, on it, before i plan what to do next with it... altough it's been a long time since pokemon Gen II was released... and the 3DS games are also in 3D... but this gives a new feeling for old gamers :) like me that always wanted to see such stuff in action...

if you have any doubts of how it works feel free to ask... i actually have made a half hour video explaining how it works

but the video doesnt have the narration i wanted it to have (as i'm not a native english speaker) and the fact

that capturing the video at full 1280x1024 resolution (to show the 2 emulators plus 2 debug windows) was too much for my computer :P, so the video is low fps... but who knows maybe i should release it anyway...

ii have clared all 3 pokemon games using it and it works fine, altough bugs happens from time to time...

and since configuring the whole thing is kinda troublesome (i guess i need to make a proper installer to do all the required setup)

and currently it fails to work if ASLR (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address..._randomization) is enabled (or it was just that windows 8.1 :P)... but if the project got more interest i can motivate myself to maybe perfect it...
