New year new me isn't exactly my favourite phrase, but new year, new make up collection is. I love any excuse to revamp my make up collection so I've decided to make a massive list of all the things that I've had my eye on and tell you why I want them - these are the things that I'm saving up for this Christmas and as soon as Boots have a major 3 for 2 deal on, I'll hopefully be ticking a lot of them off my wishlist...
1 - Rimmel Stay Matte Powder - So many people have mentioned this product to me in comments and have said that I need to try it, so I must buy it and see what the hype is about - Tanya Burr always uses it on her videos too! I'm currently hooked on MAC's mineralize skin finish and have been for years so lets see if anything can sway me away from it.
2 - Smash Box Try It Kit - I stumbled across this on the Boots website and the last time I bought a 'try it kit' from Smash Box, I fell in love with quite a few items (particularly this lipgloss) and the items have lasted a really long time for only £19.00. This set is only £25.00 and I'd love to try the BB cream and the mineral powder which comes with it.
3 - Naked 3 Palette - Of course Urban Decay's Naked 3 Palette is on my wish-list. It's insane that I don't own it yet, it's more than necessary as everyone knows that Urban Decay are the best brand for eye palettes. I cannot wait to get my hands on it and start playing around with pretty eye make up.
4 - Maybelline Falsies Mascara - I saw Tanya Burr talking about two mascaras, Maybelline's falsie mascara and Boujours Volumizer Mascara - I can't decide which one to buy, so hopefully they'll go on 3 for 2 at Boots and then I can buy both. They both made her lashes look incredible and I'm actually on the look out for a new mascara.
5 - Sugar Lip Polish - I love the idea of having nice polished lips and when I saw this on Lily Pebble's recent blog post, I knew that I needed to put it on my wishlist. Lush do some really similar lip polishes so I will probably get another one of those first.
6 - Shu Uemura Gold Eye Lash Curlers - I love my silver eye lash curlers from Shu Uemura, apparently the best curlers on the market, but unfortunately I broke them so I'd love some new ones, I don't know why the gold ones appeal to me so much (probably because they're gold) but I think these would look incredible in my make up bag.
7 - Superfacialist Rose Intense Moisture Mask - This would actually be a re-buy as I've owned this before, I really miss this product - available at Boots for only £8.99 I used to just put this on in the shower for a minute or so and always left the shower with beautiful feeling and looking skin.
8 - Origins No Puffery Cooling Roll On For Puffy Eyes - Another item that I need to read after seeing them on Lily Pebble's blog - I desperately need something to get rid of puffy under eyes and this apparently does just the trick.
9 - Nars Laguna Bronzer - I've wanted this for years and I have no idea why I haven't just taken the plunge and bought it yet - it's pretty much the perfect bronzer. I am still yet to own anything from Nars!
10 - YSL Touche Eclat Foundation - Apparently this is very similar to Rimmel's Wake Me Up foundation, but I love YSL's touch eclat under eye concealer so I'm
11 - Rimmel Match Perfection - This is another foundation which Tanya Burr has recommended, I've read some incredible reviews of it and I'm all for finding the best high street products.
