PureH2O Caribbean, Ltd. was established in 2006 in the garage of a Bahamian water quality engineer. The company was acquired in early 2015 by Clearwater Holdings (Bahamas), LLC, a highly successful private equity investment firm based in Nassau. Under our new ownership and leadership the company has experienced rapid development and growth.
Position Scope and Responsibilities
The Manager of Operations & Technical Service is a “hands-on” leadership role with direct responsibility for the specification, installation and service of Reverse Osmosis, Multi-Media Filtration, Softening, Disinfection and other water treatment systems for residential, commercial and marine customers.
This key management position reports to the President & CEO and will direct a small technical services team in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
The position is responsible for all field technical service, work scheduling, billing, inventory management, product planning and development, supplier/vendor selection, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement in all operating areas of the business.
The initial geographic scope of management responsibility is Nassau and the Out Islands of The Bahamas.

Minimum 3-5 years technical work experience with sea water desalination and/or fresh water Reverse Osmosis systems. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years direct supervisory experience in the water quality industry and record of demonstrated superior work performance is required.
High integrity and a strong work ethic are essential.
The desire and potential for increased leadership responsibility in the near future are preferred.
A Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related engineering or technical discipline is required.
A stable employment history with progressive work experience is important.
