Your Mission in this challenging position :
Help desk 1st line support
Call handling, tracking, dispatching and escalation
Understanding and resolution of incidents
Monitoring critical system
Production of monthly reports
Your skills :
Knowledge and experience with IT system
Experience in a helpdesk / support environment
Knowledge of MS Office & related applications
Basic skills on network
Willing to learn & develop quickly
Dynamic
Flexible & willing to adjust to different client environment
Languages :
You have to be fluent in :
• Luxembourgish
• German
• English
• French
Your human skills :
Excellent communication skills
Stress tolerance
Ability to work in autonomy
Ability to follow up on incidents and to set priorities
Service minded and result oriented
Enjoy team work
Flexibility in working hours and shift rotation when necessary
