According to Tehsin Sheriff, Head of Customer Experience at Finance House, Value House exists to provide an online loyalty e-commerce portal to Finance House cardholders.
“The purpose of this initiative is to build a strong customer engagement,” he said. “By providing exclusive offers to the customer, the aim is to be a ‘top of the wallet’ card and attract new customers to Finance House.”
Sheriff explained that Value House hit several key milestones in its debut year: it achieved its aim of providing a completely secure online portal with a user-friendly interface; and it has acquired more than 150 merchants offering a wide range of discounts and 0 per cent Easy Payment Plans.
“We have been successful in providing the best value savings deals across UAE to our customers,” said Sheriff. “Over the last year we have been able to track customer preferences by conducting different surveys. These initiatives have helped us design our Killer Deals to cater to a wider audience which cuts across all nationalities.”

Most importantly, Value House has succeeded in becoming the only website of its kind in the region. “In terms of value for money, there is no financial institution or e-commerce portal in the UAE that offers the kind of deals that we do,” stated Sheriff.
