Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund has selected eLogic Learning’s LMS software to transform the delivery of its continuing legal education programs. Since implementing the LMS, ATG’s customers can easily manage all training programs in one central system.
Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) selected eLogic Learning (eLogic) as its learning management system (LMS) provider. Founded in 1964, ATG is a title insurance underwriter whose agents are real estate lawyers who represent consumers in real estate transactions. Lawyers are required to obtain a certain number of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) hours each year. ATG became an accredited CLE provider to offer lawyer members education and other tools to more effectively facilitate real estate transactions.
ATG provides “OnDemand” programs as well as live online programs. Recently, ATG converted its OnDemand programs to be compatible with mobile devices so members can complete their training wherever and whenever it’s most convenient. Lawyers easily access the catalog of programs by creating an account on the ATG website.

In addition to signing up for training through the newly implemented LMS, ATG members have the ability to fully manage their continuing legal education activity, including keeping records of all their training, printing certificates, and even storing records of training taken through outside providers. There are no barriers for members to manage their complete continuing education history with the LMS.

ATG also selected eLogic as its LMS partner due to the system’s advanced continuing education management features. After a lawyer completes a training program, he or she automatically receives the correct number of education credits depending on their jurisdiction and the CLE requirement they plan to fulfill. ATG’s management team has the ability to set the requirements in the system so the user’s profile will match the credits applicable, whether the lawyer is located in Illinois, Wisconsin or Indiana.
