• The South Carolina Broadcasters will perform live old-time and early bluegrass music in the style and tradition of Surry County in Room A-121 at Surry Community College, 630 S. The three-piece professional group will play the fiddle, banjo and guitar while also providing informative commentary regarding the social and historical context of one of Surry County’s richest traditions. There will be three segments, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.
