**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Sr. Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Process Expert and Process Leads in support of the SAP solution for Estee Lauder. The Logistics Execution Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining, augmenting and enhancing the Logistics Execution global template, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management functionality.

Activities will include system configuration to support future deployment and enhancements, development of functional specifications to support development of FRICE objects, coordination of testing activities, user training, defect resolution and production support. The position requires expert knowledge of SAP LE functionality and configuration experience in the following areas: WM, MM-IM and SD-Delivery processing, with WM as the primary area of expertise. The candidate should be very familiar with related order fulfillment concepts. Experience with user exits, enhancement and custom development techniques, including the ability to develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developer/s through coding and testing is desired. The candidate should be very familiar with best business practices in designated area and been involved in multiple full cycle implementations.

The Business Analyst works as a member of the Center of Excellence (COE) in the Global Information Systems organization (GIS).

Time will be split across Production Support, Enhancements and Roll-outs to additional sites worldwide

This position will report to the Global Order to Cash Warehouse Management Sub Process Lead for O2C

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

* Participate in business process design and incorporate requirements of Estee Lauder business/geographies into a “common design”
* Participate and contribute to the successful completion of all deliverables associated with their process team, e.g., Business Process Procedures, Configuration Scripts and Functional Specifications.
* Determine how business reporting requirements will be delivered by SAP functionality.
* Align Estee Lauder business requirements and processes with the “SAP business process model
* Validate the SAP fit to Estee Lauder business requirements. Identify workarounds and business process changes, if necessary.
* Document design solutions
* Design and develop functional specifications for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
* Write test plans and validate testing results
* Configure unit test, system test, integration and regression testing of solutions. Participate in the issue resolution process.
* Review training content to ensure accuracy of SAP information
* Train and support super users
* Address post-go live issues escalated by users, providing end user production support
* Knowledge of functional domain
* Act as a key liaison across all functional areas, including business units and information technology
* Assist in maintaining reporting and analysis of key performance indicators for assigned business unit(s)
* Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements
* Ensure consistency and integrity of the SAP configuration across Estee Lauder business/geographies.
* Solve complex technical issues raised by the design team
* Coach regional teams on global template
* Manage, coach, develop and provide direction to employees and consultants
* Keep abreast of SAP industry trends and innovations & future technology development for their respective process areas or functional areas
* Supports Business Relationship Manager in efforts to mange business stakeholders

## Qualifications

* Minimum 6 years working with SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
* Demonstrated understanding of SAP Logistics Execution processes including:
* Warehouse Management
* Shipping
* Transportation
* Mobile Data Entry and RF technology
* SAP Warehouse Management within SAP ECC and/or SAP Decentralized Warehouse Management environments.
* IDOC processing and monitoring
* Knowledge of integration areas with Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning
* Trained or experienced in the SAP software product and ASAP methodology preferred for the process it is supporting (specifics below)
* Knowledge of SAP best practices and development process
* Experience with at least one full project life cycle implementation (ERP)
* Demonstrated capability to understand business requirements, map processes to SAP and develop functional specifications.
* Working experience using global delivery models consisting of off-shore and near-shore resources and Functional SAP knowledge of modules
* Strong communication skills, especially verbal and presentation
* Experience integrating SAP with external WMS systems would be an advantage
* Travel may be required.
