**POSITION SUMMARY:**

**The FICO Solution**Architect is responsible for maintain, augmenting and enhancing the FICO global template specializing in the FICO (GL, AP, AR, PS/IM, FA and Tax) areas/SAP module’s. Broad based FI knowledge across the various financial process streams. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP general ledger including experience with NewGL and utilization of parallel ledgers. Extensive cross functional knowledge of key integration points to the SAP general ledger. Deep understanding of SAP substitution and derivation rules including user exits to support automatic derivations to the GL. Wide ranging understanding of SAP banking functionality including statutory differences by region and country. Experience in AR and AP in a large multi-national company including integration to Banking/Treasury as well as VAT implications. Knowledge and experience with FSCM including experience with Dispute Management and Deduction management in a retail environment. Experience with Invoice scanning including utilization of bolt-on application such as Open Text. Previous experience with fixed assets and Capital Planning process including experience with Project systems and Investment Management. Experience in retail business and interfacing large volumes of data from external POS applications to SAP GL. Strong accounting background and prior business experience working in financial capacity a major plus. Experience with statutory requirements and VAT a major plus. Experience working with BW including leveraging multi providers to support cross functional reporting.

The FICO Solution Architect works within the SAP Center of Excellence in the Estee Lauder Global Information Systems organization (GIS). The position requires a core understanding of underlying configuration and related business processes in the financial area. The candidate should be very familiar with best business practices in designated area and been involved in multiple full cycle implementations. As the FICO Solution Architect for FI you will disseminate knowledge of the global template to the local site teams across all regions. Strong communications skills and ability to function in a matrixed organization working effectively with global core team and site teams is required. Strong SAP FI application knowledge including key integration points across SAP modules is critical. Proven ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements and identify Fit/Gaps as part of global deployment mandatory. Project management experience required. Must be able to partner with local sites on the design and integration of unit test and integration tests. Experience with user exits, enhancement and custom development techniques, including the ability to develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developer/s through coding and testing is required. Knowledge of Solution Manager and HP Quality Center a plus.

This position will report to the Global Process Lead for Finance

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

FICO

Demonstrated understanding of Financial business process with specific expertise in

COPA & Product Costing as well as an understanding for other FICO processes

The solution architect must provide direction on the design and delivery of the solution

Responsible for managing and provide direction to direct reports (Business Analyst) and indirect reports AMS support assigned to their process in order to meet deliverables and milestones on-time

Supports Process Lead in the coordination and management of team deliverables in

support of the remaining SAP deployments, enhancement release and production

support activities.

Ensure adherence to CoE working standards

Execute requirements based on business needs in support of SMI deployments,

Enhancement releases and corporate initiatives as determined by Regional Process

Councils.

Works with the process leads potential process related risk areas

Responsible for the adherence and communication of methodologies, standards and

Processes to ensure a consistent process is followed

Directs development of solution and managing all aspects of Production Support

(AMS, enhancements, brake-fix, etc.) for respective process

## Primary Location

* University degree require
* Minimum Eight to Ten years of experience in Supply Chain integration and system implementation for: Budget-to-Report
* Demonstrated business acumen to support a process or sub-process
* Demonstrated understanding of Supply Chain & Finance Best practices and ability to apply best practices in development and execution of the Global & Regional Supply Chain & Finance strategy and vision
* Experience in Supply Chain/process integration and system implementation, including procurement, financial, and logistical processes supporting collateral materials
* Experience in implementing Supply Chain /process business transformation projects using SAP or other ERP platform
* Working experience using global delivery models consisting of off-shore and near-shore resources and Functional SAP knowledge of modules
* At least one full lifecycle, multi-country implementation of SAP
* Strong communication skills, especially verbal and presentation
* Management and team leadership experience
* Ability to understand the "big picture“, and apply global principles to identify and resolve key issues
* Strong sense of ownership and commitment
* Experience in Rapid Implementations (All-in-One) with SMB customers is a big plus
