## Organization
**PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE **
The Executive Director is responsible to develop a Global and Regionally Relevant Consumer Engagement Strategy for Tom Ford Beauty (Fragrance, Cosmetics and Men’s), including Traditional Media and Digital, E-commerce, Events, Loyalty Marketing and CRM, and A&P; Effectiveness.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Lead the development a 360° Go-to-Market Strategy in partnership with the Category and Functional Leads that optimizes our A&P; effectiveness to efficiently support new launches as well as our key Brand Building Blocks: Signature, Private Blend, Cosmetics and Men’s.
Develop Playbooks and Toolkits which address key recruitment and engagement drivers by category, region and channel providing clear A&P; prioritization and guidelines.
These should include, but are not limited to, the following:
Traditional Media and Digital Plans
Sampling and Scenting Strategies
Event Strategy
E-commerce strategy, content and calendars
Loyalty marketing and CRM
Collaborate with Regions to understand retailer needs and consumer receptivity points, to tailor market requests and programs accordingly.
Lead and develop a Global Media Strategy that drives Awareness and Recruitment.
Create priority and placement Media Guidelines to optimize ROI and advertising efficiencies, to include Print Media, Digital and Outdoor
Create and deploy Seasonal Media Briefs to all Regions
Serve as the global leader for media approvals and maintain strong relationship with Media Agency Partners
Review and approve all media plans with Tom Ford Fashion house
Responsible for Global E-commerce Strategy.
In partnership with Creative, develop and deploy all digital assets
Provide Regions and Affiliates with guidelines and best practices
Approve all e-commerce launches and programs
Manage all Digital & Social Media campaigns and email programming
Serve as partner for Tom Ford Fashion House for all digital related initiatives
Lead the development of the Customer Recruitment and Loyalty Strategy in collaboration with the Category Leads.
Drive and develop a refined and targeted Global CRM Program
Optimize trial efforts for fragrance & cosmetics
Partner with Education to create & deploy Event Strategy and Guidelines
Deepen our understanding of consumer profiles, motivations and behaviors with Consumer and Shopper Insights.
## Primary Location
* 12+ years of Marketing and Business-related experience including in-depth knowledge of applied marketing strategy and execution, advertising, digital marketing and e-commerce, CRM.
* Must have experience in the Beauty category and/or Luxury Goods market.
* Must have understanding and appreciation for luxury goods market - experience preferred.
* Must be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, independent and resourceful.
* Requires strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate with agility.
* Fashion house/license experience preferred
* Must be able to work effectively on a small but growing business in a lean, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
