PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:

Position based in Florida - $7.0 MM, 36 doors, DC, Charlotte, Atlanta, Florida regions.

To achieve and/or exceed sales plan by creating and maintaining successful Tom Ford Specialist teams. Create strategic partnerships with retail partners to grow the Tom Ford brand. Responsibilities include selection and retention of counter staff, administration of point of sale initiatives, and management of the account at a store level.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Lead and Execute Tom Ford Beauty Initiatives

* Work with Vice President, Sales and Education to plan and achieve retail sales goals by door.
* Communicate Tom Ford goals, objectives, and priorities to Counter/Business Managers and Tom Ford Specialists on a weeklybasis.
* Create store-specific action plans to achieve counter goals and objectives. Collaborate with Business/Counter Manager to ensure execution of those plans.
* Plan and execute new product launches and special events.
* Execute Visual Merchandising point of sale guidelines.
* Manage the counter’s inventory through communication with the Manager, Sales Operations. Accountability for managing RTV’s and Destroyed in Field merchandise at each counter.

2) Build Tom Ford Teams through Selection and Retention of Staff

* Maximize sales results through focus on Tom Ford Specialist productivity.
* Coach and develop the team to increase productivity and results. Hold Tom Ford Specialist team accountable to image and service experience expectations. Continually engage Teams in Tom Ford’s philosophy on Fragrances and Cosmetics.
* Conduct face-to-face interview with Tom Ford Specialist and Counter/Business Manager candidates.
* Collaborate with store management (Store Manager, Department Manager) on the selection of highly talented Tom Ford Specialists and Counter/Business Managers, utilizing information from the interviews.
* Actively recruit potential candidates for Tom Ford Specialist positions.
* Educate Tom Ford Specialist team and intersell Associates on new product launches during department wide trainings seasonally.

3) Develop Store Level Relationships

* Build in-store relationships with all levels of management and selling teams.
* Secure support needed from store management to execute marketing programs and point of sale objectives.
* Partner with account’s regional beauty directors on seasonal planning and door specific action plans.
* Identify store management needs to Tom Ford management team.

4) Manage Administrative Responsibilities

* Complete administrative responsibilities timely and accountably.
* Manage T&E responsibly. Report all appropriate expenditures on time following mandatory corporate policy and procedures.
* Manage freelance budget within the guidelines.
* Maintain e-Demo information/demonstration approval on a weekly basis.
* Ensure all Tom Ford Specialists are scheduled for workshops.

Qualifications:

· 5 years work related experience

· Solid analytical and math skills.

· Excellent Excel skills with spreadsheet capability

· Proactive Planning—Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

· Strong detail-orientation.

· Strong negotiating and communication

· Ability to work independently and prioritize.
