**InternationalE-Commerce & Email Manager – Origins**

Independently
fulfils market needs for content refreshes & e-commerce strategies for the
International www.origins.com at http://www.origins.com/ sites. This **International E-commerce** role includes
all markets currently online. Ensures consistent delivery of Origins brand
image, responsible for punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to
strategy and process regarding the website. Work in conjunction with ELC Online
International to identify, support and launch e-commerce into new markets, work
with Global Online Marketing, Digital Brand Marketing and Offline Global
Marketing teams to develop cohesive online marketing opportunities for specific
international markets with E-commerce, with marketing site or not standalone
site at all. Marketing programs can include sweepstakes, contests, giveaways,
events, advertising campaigns, grassroots/online outreach, etc. Grow
registration and opt-in newsletter subscribers on all international sites. This
includes mobile opportunities as well. Continue to launch, develop and support
all additional International markets online.

Within
the scope of Email Marketing, this lead will also work on all facet of email
marketing for Origins.com. In this position, this role will also be responsible
for working alongside the e-commerce team leaders to coordinate the daily
sampling & programming offers on top of the email marketing themes. This
role will manage the end to end phases of successful email marketing campaigns;
including QA and email production prep. The position requires a combination of
analytical, strategic and creative thinking in order to manage revenue goals
while staying ahead of industry and channel trends. The candidate should
possess an understanding of e/m commerce and email production. The position
will work closely with the Manager and Director of e-commerce and business
management for the Origins site. This role will collaborate and focus on
delivering and achieving the overall strategic objectives to support the
Origins Global business.

ALL
SITE TYPES
(E-commerce, Marketing and Core Sites)

+ Works withGlobal and North America online group to keep brand consistency on the site tomanage efficiencies and share best practices.

+ Develop contentplans (along with local internet Regional managers) for all online markets toensure on-going updates of site content and promotion of new products.

+ Provides copyand visuals for new product launches to international markets based onindividual market online calendars.

+ In conjunctionwith International online teams, make further recommendations to improveperformance and consumer conversion.

+ Identify andmanage Branded diagnostic tools for migration and set up for integration asrequested by markets.

+ Presentsproposals for site design and/or navigation changes to Creative Designer andELC Online production team for approval and implementation

+ Manage and leadspartnership with ELC Online Production team to roll-out new design projects tokey markets as specified by Regional teams.

+ Awareness andclear understanding of the Global Brand strategy – with ability to communicateand lead the principles to all Regions and individual markets as needed.

+ Responsible forall design approval and site testing prior to going live. All sites must betested and bugs to be reported and tracked.

+ The manager roleis to evaluate the reporting information and determine which areas of the siteneed to be enhanced to re-evaluate by market.

+ Track and monitor monthly/fiscal registrationgoals by market.

+ Develop plansfor individual markets to reach and optimize registration goals.

+ Understands theimplementation of product information in .NET tool as a daily responsibilityfor updating global product information, market specific HEX value and codenumbers, etc.

+ Develop andupkeep the visual asset library via extranet for email newsletter, site assetsand other digital assets for international markets to access for localization.

+ Amplify aconsistent brand message on and off of the brand site worldwide.

E-COMMERCE
BUSINESS

+ Leadand manage bi-monthly status call with key e-commerce markets to cover salestargets, business planning, refresh and email schedules and any e-commerceprojects underway.

+ Workwith dedicated ELC Online producer to establish and determine key objectivesfor site improvements for e-commerce markets, ensure site upgrades areaddressed and completed in a timely fashion.

+ Leadcommunication for brand promotional activities to drive sales, e.g. Holidayplanning, Seasonal holiday (market specific) and special events outside ofregular product launches and marketing activity.

+ Guideslocal e-commerce teams to new business activities that have perfumed well inmore established markets (e.g. Affiliate marketing programs, Segmentation,Re-messaging, Value reframing, Ratings and Reviews).

INTERNATIONAL
RETAILERS

+ Managecurrent online retailer business, both syndication and non-syndication, inconjunction with International market teams to sustain brand presence &sales targets.

+ Assistin development of marketing calendars and merchandising direction for successfulretailer.com sales and marketing.

+ Workin conjunction with ELC Online International to identify, support and launchretailer.com into new markets.

+ Providesall product directory information for website database.

+ Includesphotography of all new products, product description and benefits, HEX valuesfor shaded products.

EMAIL
MARKETING

+ Establisha firm understanding of Brand & Marketing priorities by season.

+ Collaboratewith Manager & Director (and team) on email marketing in regard to ideation& creation of assets with focus on the Brand & Market’s priorities, aswell as, tactics to meet daily sales plans. Manage and distribute a US and CAcalendar of said email marketing.

+ Workwith internal functions (Creative, Copy, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to coordinateand develop all copy and creative assets necessary to support email programs.Because the priorities reflected in should be mirrored on site, request allhomepage assets as well.

+ QAall test email segments prior to email going live.

+ Createtest plans (including mobile-specific), incorporating response analysis tooptimize campaigns.

PROMOTION
EXECUTION

+ Collaboratewith Manager & Director on forecasting and maintaining sample inventoryagainst a fiscal budget and sales plan.

+ Firmunderstanding of Corporate Offer Manager Tool and how it relates to the site.Manage the set up of US and CA offers (including, but not limited to offers viasite, email, affiliate partner, etc.).

+ QAof all US and CA offers.

+ Communicationof all US and CA offers to Customer Service.

ANALYTICS
& REPORTING

+ Monitor,track and report on email performance and sample performance on a weekly(sometimes daily) basis while at the same time focusing on the competitivetrends.

+ Gatherdata for analysis of sales and program-specific performance regularly foronline marketing and retail campaigns and recommendations for how to improveperformance.

+ Datacollection for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on sales, traffic and customer behavior(through use of Excel). Compile reports with key learnings and a summary ofrecommendations. The reports would be shared, distributed and reviewed by thesupervisors.

+ Opportunityto take greater responsibility for site analysis.

**Qualifications**

QUALIFICATIONS

· Position requires 5+ years of relevant work experience – international and Email focused on e-commerce is desired

· BS Degree preferred

· Computer proficiency in Windows Word, Excel, etc. with Internet and Direct Marketing a plus

· Strong organizational and prioritization skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Self-Management skills where needed.

· Excellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively with outside vendors and remote market contacts
