**Description**
**RESPONSIBLITIES:**
Follows up with support teams on specific projects as requested by the Director of International Business Development
Direct Interface with all other departments (Events, Marketing; Product Development, Legal, Visual Merchandising) to drive international needs as necessary, e.g., all seasonal support elements, online / digital, visual merchandising for international programs
Working closely with Creative Teams to help tracking and driving all collateral needs for various International Regions, specifically:
o Liaise between Regions / Markets to ensure all requested Creative elements (via Creative Briefs) have been vetted / submitted into the Creative process
o Power user on Smartsheets new project management system
o Proactively manage the timeline of each request and work with Creative Services to ensure elements are delivered in a timely manner
Assist Global Merchandising point person by helping to:
o Communicating regional litho and base visual needs to Creative
o Securing base units and updates for all seasonal meetings, including those organized by International as well as North America and Artistry/Education
Create, maintain and distribute the Creative Tracking Sheet weekly to all markets to ensure they are well informed of all creative elements posted on the Creative website
o Ideate ways to make the tracker more ‘digestible’ so that markets are aware of available elements.
Support Latin America region by working with Mexico and South Cone marketing managers
o Liaise between Global VM and markets to ensure regional merchandising needs are met
o Communicate timing and regional needs for market-specific merchandising needs
o Review and recommend locally-relevant assortment changes
Update monthly International KPI reports for Global and Regional teams.
Manage all coordination and logistical aspects of International Roundtables, seasonal Regional Meetings, Pre-Roundtables, International Sales Meetings (including Bobbi in a Box), and annual New Hire Orientations
o Maintain overall meeting budget tracking sheet, and help forecast budgetary needs for following years, in conjunction with Finance team
o Ensure that venues are negotiated and booked at rates within budget
o For Roundtables, develop run of show and manage on-site team, ensuring meetings run flawlessly
Manage dress rehearsal scheduling and execution
Oversee all Audio/Visual aspects of the meeting, including timing and transition of speaker presentations
o Help develop and collect demands for meeting collateral, including calendars, sell sheets, notebooks, pens, seasonal charms/gifts, iPads, etc.
o Coordinate packing of comps/lab sample gifts as well as hotel welcome packets and other group handouts
Serve as key point person for the support of online / digital initiative / execution at market level
o Work closely with online team to better identify the needs of the market to help drive their e-commerce business and enhance brand awareness
o Track differences in product/shade variants used in markets and communicate to Creative, Online and Social/Digital teams, ensuring that creative assets meet the needs of the market.
Maximize the functionality of the International iPad application
Actively provide innovative ideas on ways to improve workflow by recommending new process and procedures
o Work closely with IT and the markets to help identify a best-in-class digital communication tool
o Re-imagine a new and improved wireframe for user experience for all creative requests / elements and communication
**Qualifications**
• 3+ years in related work experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail
• Team player with ability to interface with many departments
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interest in International Markets
• Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment
