Marketing & CRM Executive, Clinique

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
- To assist Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) to develop, plan and execute all marketing and promotional strategies.
- Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(A) MARKETING PROMOTIONS:
1) Follow up on action requirements of each individual marketing or promotion program to ensure that all support materials arrive in good time and activities occur as scheduled.
2) Prepare statistical reports as required to track sell-in and sell-through numbers. Compile numbers for quarterly business reviews and Budget.
3) Analyse reports for launches and repromotes, measuring results against budget.
4) To review expenses of marketing lines to keep strict control over costs.
5) In the planning of the marketing calendar and the implementation of the marketing plans.
6) In the preparation of yearly Budget.
7) In preparation of yearly store presentation to retailers.
8) Analyse marketing performance of product line. Develop and recommend marketing strategies including sales volume and profit forecast to meet business goals.
9) Analyse market trends and competitors by tracking new products and launch activities.
10) Act as liaison to advertising & media agencies, translators and printers for on-going advertising materials and promotional campaigns, and other tasks assigned by Senior Marketing Manager.
11) Supervise the printing of promotion / advertising literature, counter brochures and direct mail.
12) Prepare shopping carts as part of the procurement process for marketing and promotion related activities.
13) Plan and secure outpost locations with retailers and mall management to maximize promotional sales, for assigned doors.
14) Co-ordinate with Sales and Visual Merchandising to help implement counter merchandising for key promotional activities and special events, for assigned doors.
15) Ensure that all expenses relating to events and outpost rentals are within budget allocated, for assigned doors.
16) Actively look for joint promotional partners to expand customer base through cross-sell programs, for assigned doors.
17) Compile and analyze promotional reports, for assigned doors.
(B) CRM:
1) Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.

a. Initiate targeted CRM programs to address target KPIs and business needs

b. Responsible to update and manage the CRM Consumer Calendar.

c. Work closely with marketing, sales, education teams to ensure execution excellence of CRM program over the counter.

d. Planning of CRM related gifts and samples in support of the Consumer Calendar.

e. Working with marketing to ensure the CRM supports any key product launches.

f. Provide post campaign analysis for every CRM campaign with ROI.

g. Responsible for any brochures or printed materials related to CRM campaigns, working with VM to ensure on-brand and clear communication with target consumers.
2) Database management to provide in-depth and business-oriented analysis, and also to facilitate internal team sharing and learning

a. Provide monthly tracking and analysis on customer database and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities.

b. Ensure brand hit the key KPIs on CRM through continuous monitoring.

c. Ensure customer data capture rate at high level at counters.

d. Manage customer complaints if any and working with PR, education to resolve those complaints to avoid repeat.

e. Manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies.
3) Consumer programs

a. Plan any event that will enhance and deepen our brand engagement with consumers, working closely with PR and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education

• University Degree, preferably in Advertising or Marketing.
Work Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with interest in consumer behaviours.

• Preferably in the cosmetic and fashion industry.
Required Background Characteristics

• Self-starter and entrepreneurial.

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
