*Summary*

Responsible for leading a broad range of HR responsibilities for GLAMGLOW, including employee relations, talent, performance management, career development, compensation, compliance, benefits and employee programs. Understands the Brand’s business and strategies, and ensures alignment between HR activities and the strategic priorities of that business and the Company. As a member of the Employee Services Operations team, the role will also focus on transforming and standardizing critical HR processes and procedures.

*HR Partner / Generalist Responsibilities:*

*Talent*

· Integrating oneself into the business by understanding the GLAMGLOW brand and the business plan, and getting to know and objectively assess the team members at all levels

· Overseeing and taking a proactive approach to employee relations. Acting as an employee advocate, helping to identify trends and making recommendations by providing guidance and issue resolution. Creating and managing Performance Improvement Plans where required. Must be able to assess a problem, identify the root cause, and make recommendations for improvement.

· Making internal move recommendations based on employees’ strengths and developmental readiness.

· Understanding external trends in the marketplace and making recommendations on how those could affect GLAMGLOW employees

· Fostering a culture of engagement that values diversity and inclusion and that demonstrates fair and consistent management practices.

*Annual HR Processes*

· Owning execution of the annual HR processes, such as the annual Performance Management cycle (Performance Development Process) including roll out, training, ratings distribution & process improvements

· Hands on involvement supporting the Talent Planning process (i.e., succession planning) and implementing meaningful succession plans deeper into the organization

· Supporting the bi-annual salary planning cycle, including market research and compensation recommendations

· Participating in and successfully launching company and HR initiatives and meeting project plan deadlines

*Employee Services Responsibilities*

· Represent GLAMGLOW in standardizing critical HR processes and procedures across the company

· Ability to deliver within the current HR structure and processes while evolving operational practices for the business in line with HR's transformation

· Work collaboratively with Employee Services to maintain in-depth understanding of HR systems, processes, policies and practices. Align and educate colleagues and managers to ensure compliance.

· Use HR Connect data to support process, procedure and program changes as activities are transformed.

· Coordinate with appropriate global HR service delivery leadership to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across the delivery of the services.

· Participate in and contribute to Employee Services activities as required

*Integration*

· Continue to lead GLAMGLOW through the final stages of integration; oversee HR Integration timeline, fill newly created open positions, partner with Finance and various other functions)

· Oversee onboarding of new talent to ensure they have the necessary information for success

· Partner with GLAMGLOW business leaders to gain full knowledge of GLAMGLOW culture and understand the business wants and needs

**Qualifications:**
*Qualifications*

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience

· Basic understanding of and interest of Skincare / Cosmetic / Beauty industry / Consumer Packaging Goods Industry

· Ability to anticipate needs of the business, connect the dots, identify internal and external ecommerce/digital trends

· Intellectual curiosity, great follow up, and great attention to detail

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work collaboratively

· Ability to learn new systems & processes

· Excellent organizational skills
